The Student Development and Counselling Center was constituted not only to provide students with contemporary knowledge and skills, but also to assist them with their potential in psychological, educational, and social development areas and to provide counselling services on their way to success throughout their education.
The university and campus life is a place to test students as much as it is entertaining. High expectations about the new social environment, new relationships, the development of new social skills and academic performance can make university life difficult for students. To this end, the Student Development and Counselling Center is a unit that aims to improve the knowledge and skills of students to cope with the challenges of student life and to live the university and campus life eligibly. The objectives of the center are to provide an interactive relation between students and the university through solving students' problems, keeping their social lives busy, and positively contributing to students’ social and educational lives through club activities.
Student Affairs, Psychological Counselling and Guidance Center and The Social Activities Coordinator are under the Directorate of the Student Development and Counselling Center.
Immigration procedures for all postal and foreign students depend on the Student Affairs. Psychological Counselling and Guidance Center promotes the personal development and psychological well-being of all students and encourages a university environment that is conducive to growth and learning. The Social Activities Coordinator provides students with opportunities to spend their leisure time on activities that can be active, creative, and social, to carry out scientific research in line with the needs and demands of the students in social, cultural, economic, and sportive areas that complement the academic programs and to do physical development activities.
